Ranveer called Deepika 'marriage material' – here's what her father said
After Ranveer Singh called Deepika Padukone 'perfect marriage material', her father Prakash Padukone said Deepika is sensible and mature and free to make her own decision about marriage.
Ranveer Singh is busy non-stop promoting his upcoming film "Befikre", in which he has several hot and intimate scenes with Vaani Kapoor. Recently Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor appeared together on "Koffee with Karan", and ever since, talk about the two keeps resurfacing in the limelight.
During the show, when Ranveer was asked about Deepika, he casually called her marriage material and said he would like to marry her. Ranveer said he would want to marry Deepika because she truly is perfect marriage material.
Quite some time later, Deepika's father Prakash Padukone, the badminton player who put India on the international map in the sport, has reacted to Ranveer's comment. "Deepika is sensible and mature," he said. "She is a responsible daughter, and as her father I have given her complete freedom to make her own decisions. On marrying Ranveer too, she can decide for herself. Whatever Ranveer and Deepika decide, I will agree with it."
