A glowing face does not come from expensive cosmetics alone, but from the right daily routine, diet and regular skin care. Changing seasons, dust, sun, pollution and stress all show clearly on the skin. A little care can keep your skin healthy, clean and naturally radiant.

Start the morning with skin care

After waking up, cleanse your face with a mild face wash. Then apply a moisturiser that suits your skin type. Don't forget sunscreen when you step out, and if you are out in the sun, reapply it every few hours.

Always remove makeup at night

Makeup, dust and pollution that sit on your face all day can affect the pores. So remove your makeup completely and cleanse your face before bed, then apply a light moisturiser. Letting your skin rest at night makes your face look fresher in the morning.

Mind your water and diet

External care alone is not enough for beautiful skin. Drinking enough water and eating a balanced diet matter too. Include seasonal fruit, green vegetables, lentils, whole grains and enough protein in your meals, and limit very oily, fried and very sugary food.

Be careful with home remedies too

Natural ingredients are not always safe for every skin type. Applying things such as lemon, baking soda or heavy scrubs directly to the face can cause irritation and sensitivity. Before using any new product or home remedy, it is best to do a patch test on a small area of skin.

Give your skin extra care one day a week

Once a week you can deep-cleanse your face and use a mask suited to your skin. However, avoid scrubbing often or rubbing your skin more than necessary. Sensitive or acne-prone skin needs special care.
